Js/50/41/3 - evacuation from greece, 22 - 28th april, 1941. Personally autographed by wing commander e.A. Howell obe dfc who commanded 33 sqn and was taken prisoner during the battle of crete. Lost the use of both arms but still managed to escape by walking 100 miles to chalkidiki. Also bears a printed autograph from sgt john hinton vc. 15 |
